Re-grouping. This 1930’s house, formerly a tri-plex of apartments, had its share of disjointed spaces and functions spread across three levels of the house. The project consisted of righting these wrongs and re-grouping the bedroom/bathroom/laundry spaces of the home all one level, while creating spaces that fit a 21st century lifestyle, like a master bedroom suite, and hang spaces for the kids.
