Shelton Avenue Addition

Majestic.  This house, located on a double lot in the Inglewood Place historic neighborhood, is clearly the oldest house in the surrounding area and likely held ownership of much of the neighborhood when originally built in the late 1800’s.  The unique stucco cladding, clay tile roof, and “prayer tower” of the original home were critical design elements and began to shape the architecture and strategy for creating a new complimentary architecture.
